In an open discussion with the audience, Chong Boon Pok, Yak Beow Seah, David Howells and Dermot O’Brien explored commerce, relational aesthetics and interactivity in P&S Recipe Shop.

David Howells is a lecturer in Fine Art at London Metropolitan University. Dermot O’Brien is an artist and curator.
